These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Walleta’s platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Walleta, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Overview of Services

Walleta provides a programmable billing and financial infrastructure designed to track usage, tokens, credits, and spend across AI applications, APIs, and workflows.

Walleta enables users to:

  • Track usage and token consumption

  • Manage credits, wallets, and balances

  • Integrate with third-party tools and services

  • Monitor and control billing activity

Walleta does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.

If you are using Walleta on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Walleta, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing, Usage, and Payments

a. Usage-Based Billing

Walleta tracks usage-based activity, including tokens, API calls, workflows, and other measurable interactions.

You acknowledge:

  • Charges may vary based on usage

  • Costs may fluctuate depending on third-party services and infrastructure

  • You are responsible for monitoring your usage and associated costs

b. Credits and Wallets

Walleta may allow you to prepay for credits or maintain a balance.

  • Credits may be consumed based on usage

  • Credits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Wallet balances must be maintained to continue uninterrupted service

c. Payments

You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information

  • Authorize charges for your usage

  • Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Walleta integrates with third-party services such as Make (formerly Integromat) and Zapier.

By using these integrations, you acknowledge:

  • You are subject to the terms of those third parties

  • Walleta is not responsible for third-party performance, pricing, or availability

  • Data shared with third parties is governed by their policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the system

  • Use Walleta to violate the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Walleta is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data. However, you grant Walleta the right to process and use your data as necessary to provide the Services, including tracking usage, billing, and improving the platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Walleta may:

  • Modify or discontinue features

  • Perform maintenance or updates

  • Experience downtime beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

All Walleta software, technology, and content are owned by Walleta or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Walleta’s technology

  • Use our branding without permission

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Walleta makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or reliability of usage tracking

  • Financial outcomes or profitability

  • Continuous availability of the platform

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Walleta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Costs arising from third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Walleta in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walleta from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of third-party integrations

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You fail to pay fees

  • We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date or through other communications. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
